Would it be acceptable to move the efitools to oe-core or meta-oe? #26

The efitools [1] recipe seems to be a good candidate for the oe-core or meta-oe layer as it is a dependency of more and more bsp's to implement uefi secure boot.

I strongly support this suggestion. Mainly because I need the efitools binaries in my image, but without all the dependencies to other recipes in meta-secure-core. So it would be good to move the core of the efitool recipe to oe-core or meta-eo and keep the specifics as bbappend in meta-secure-core.
