saving doesnt keep frame count or framerate

i save an animation with 10fps and 15 frames
i load that animation and its set to 30fps and 100 frames

saving is primarily meant to save animation for entities, framecount and fps settings are separate from them and always reset to default 30fps and 100 frames every time you load into a map so far. for now i can suggest to note down these settings in some external ways, whether keeping track on paper or .txt documents in case if you'd be taking a long break from animating and would happen to forget which settings you used, or put that information right into save name as a reminder.

i am not too sure how loading up animations for props and setting up fps and framecount settings would work, as in some cases loading can be done on various props from different saves, which may interfere with set fps and framecount for these saves. but i think i'll see how those could be implemented in ways to not cause issues
