List Signatures

After an successfull update of an table, the gateway should calculate over the new introduced hash column an signature. The key pair from the secure config should be used for it. The signature can be applied as an reference to the federation id + table name in a seperated table. The signature is later on used for securing the federated content. The hash should be calculated by concenating the single bytes with a seperator. The rows must be before in the ascending order by hash (row id can be different).
