Thoughts on supporting Windows (and Linux)? #2

As of right now, although there's a build script for windows build, the app doesn't work on Windows, because app.dock is a macOS-only API.

I haven't done much investigation, but it might be possible to extend support to Windows using Tray or maxogden/menubar. The latter also has support for some Linux distro.

I can't test it, but if you have either platform and get it running, I will merge :)

I could also add a window to the application.

I've just added support for Macintosh.
