The SRC_URI for the tcf-agent seems to be moved to a different folder:
https://git.eclipse.org/c/tcf/org.eclipse.tcf.agent.git/

meta-petalinux/recipes-devtools/tcf-agent/tcf-agent_%.bbappend

Does anybody know how to patch this in master and in former releases? We're still using 2018.2 and it's obviously moved there as well

Remove protocol=https or use https://git.eclipse.org/r/tcf/org.eclipse.tcf.agent.git instead
