DS Native Resolution w/Start or Select?

I started using YANBForwarder for my NDS games on 3DS, but have run into an issue. When I thold Start/Select to run a DS game in native resolution, the Luma configuration screen comes up instead of the game running in native resolution. Is there an alternative way to do this that I missed? I couldnt find anything in closed/open issues or the readme. This works with NTR_Forwarder.
