There are some common issues we have when adjusting sumchecks that make debugging hard.
We should standardize #[cfg(test)] blocks in the sumchecks that check during proving
#[cfg(test)]
prior_claim == univariate(0) + univariate(1)
There are likely other footgun prevention techniques, please add to this issue.
