Any chance to make tgcf faster?

I am looking for the solution how to make tgcf work a bit faster. Please share any ideas.
Now bot spends around 5 seconds to re-sent message (no filters enabled) from chat to another user. I wish it could be 1 sec or less.
What might help? Better server (more memory or cpu), changing some strings somewhere in the code or something else.
