Prepare final release of data

https://github.com/acep-uaf/aetr-web-book-2024 references these data as part of the Methods workflow. Because we have this repo already prepared, it should be referenced (with caveats).

I do not think that all the errors need to be corrected here.

• Place warnings that state that this is an intermediate version of the data
• Provide a link to the new data repository in AETR that has the best version of the data
• In the future, when the new database is ready, provide a link to that one too

So including those caveats, the to-do is

• Address concerns in General Checklist for Missing/Incorrect Data #14 either through corrections or documentation
• Add warning to landing page
• Add link to AETR on the landing page
• Revise the landing page to refer to the new database when that is finished #19
• Once approved by above tag a release of 2023-12-?? or as v1.0.0 (pick one) and push that release to generate the release .zip bundle
• Loop back to README and offer a full release bundle zip link on the README website (no need to -release for this change)
