Hi! There isn't really a team actively working on meta-updater as far as I know, although it is certainly still in use. FWIW the version in the Uptane namespace is kept up to date a bit more actively.

Unless you want to try to hire someone to do the work, you probably need to do it yourself. There is a doc that explains what you need to do. It's mostly just getting the bootloader configured properly.
