No repressing modules after running pySCENIC

I recently started using pySCENIC to analyse several single cell datasets. However, on the 3 datasets I used, I observe no repressive modules in the results, is there a problem in my code?

The code I used to generate the results:

I used the following ranking databases:
hg38_500bp_up_100bp_down_full_tx_v10_clust.genes_vs_motifs.rankings.feather
hg38_10kbp_up_10kbp_down_full_tx_v10_clust.genes_vs_motifs.rankings.feather

I obtain the following AUC matrix in the loom file but with no repressing modules (only (+) modules)

Did I do something wrong or used the wrong databases?

UPDATE :
From the cli command, just add '--all_modules' to command line.
It should then keep all modules including repressing ones. Beware though, it is less accurate than activator modules.
