Clean up "try demo" code

In the interest of shipping this product and this being my last day in this role, I've commented out the "Try Demo" button that I believe is confusing. It still uses the network from the environment variable, so it's not a testnet demo when the rest of the app is live. And it seems to route to a screen that the other button goes to. Overall, I think that button is confusing. There is still logic that needs to be removed there.
