This might be a cppreference bug because using their search bar https://cppreference.com/index.php?search=fgets&title=Special%3ASearch&go= returns a 403 page.

cppreference.com also seems to have a cloudflare challenge page up, and may block certain IP ranges automatically. When using cppman from an AWS server, I only receive 403 forbidden.

These entries fail to cache (or view on-line):

std::fgets, std::fopen, std::fgetc, std::getc, std::scanf, std::fscanf, std::sscanf, std::fread, std::fwrite.

Searching for these results in a 403. For example, a search that matches, /^[fs]?scan$|^.*scan.+$/ is not allowed.

This is a cppreference.com bug. I tried to contact them via comments@cppreference.com but that email got rejected. Not sure where to inform them (or maybe they already know their search is broken)
