When we are trying to use the action

workflow alaegin/detekt-action@v1.23.6

receiving below error
failed to do request: Head "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/library/alpine/manifests/3.13.1": proxyconnect tcp: dial tcp: lookup removed on 10.1.14.10:53: no such host

though nslookup from the pod is working fine

but when i am trying to curl -v https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/library/alpine/manifests/3.13.1
its giving 401
