The link to

  • 2012, May 5th: Presentation at Innovative Parallel Computing 2012 by Bernhard Kainz

is outdated, but I wasn't able to find the presentation slides anywhere, so no fix provided for now.

@bkainz do you still have your InPar'12 slides? Do you mind uploading it to your old group homepage such as http://www.icg.tugraz.at/Members/club_kainz or elsewhere? :)

@bkainz also, in case you are interested, @slizzered backported a large set of algorithmic bug fixes, memory violation fixes and performance improvements to your original implementation. Here is the repo for it: https://github.com/ComputationalRadiationPhysics/scatteralloc/commits/master
