Impute in a panel data and export database

Hello.

I am using a panel database and I wonder if there are any recommendations for imputing data in a panel? My panel compresses 8,000 observations over 5 years and 30 continuous and categorical variables. Then, I need to transform some variables and then to estimate a random effects logistic regression model.

1. How could I estimate the regression model? I am using the pglm package? Is there any way to estimate the regression model using the with function?
2. It would be appropriate to transform the variables before or after imputation?
3. Would there be any way to export the data to estimate the model in software like Stata?
