User story
As a user I want to be able to easily resend a failed message without typing
Because I am lazy

Acceptance criteria
Given I have written a text off network
When The message fails to send
Then The message's contents should be in the compose view

Given I have written a text off network and am on the thread
When the message fails to send
Then I should not see the failed to send notification
