README file could do with a section on how to deploy the system. In particular, how to configure it to startup with your own endpoint and GitHub queries.

yeah, me too. I just tried the following:

docker-compose up

But then get this error:

ERROR: Named volume "IMPORT_DIR:/import:rw" is used in service "chembl-virtuoso" but no declaration was found in the volumes section.
