Backup is still running

Backup is still running and does'nt create a File under /var/backups/GS5

Any ideas?

My Hardware: Supermicro X7SLA-H with Consumer SSD, GS5 5.1.2

On my VM-Installation the Backup is completing and the file is on the filesystem. But it's not possible to download the file over the gui.
