Describe the feature

Description:

I propose adding a feature to DevDocsHub that allows users to contribute programming resources directly through the platform.

Feature Overview:

  1. "Add Resources for Programming" Button: This button will be added to the user interface, inviting users to submit their favorite resources.
  2. Resource Submission Form: When the button is clicked, a form will pop up where users can enter details about the resource, such as the title, URL, description, and category.
  3. Database Integration: Upon clicking the "Submit" button, the resource data will be validated and saved into the database for future reference and display within the platform.

This feature aims to enhance community engagement and provide a centralized location for users to contribute and access high-quality programming resources.
