[Feature Request] Default map browser all the way up

Not sure this is a feature request, but most of the time, the map browser will be on Start after opening a mod, which is probably unwanted behaviour the vast majority of the time. This isn't a huge issue obviously, but it makes little use sense, as most would just hit New Game for that.
