I'd like to suggest a localhost theme which perhaps uses a different highlight color (currently red) when Fauxton is running under localhost. This makes it easier for a developer to distinguish the localhost Fauxton from a production one.

This idea is fantastic! Using two colors to differentiate between different development environments is a great approach. Maybe we can use purple for production and the original red for localhost.
@divyanshudhruv I'm down for that color scheme. Or purple for localhost (since red is a bit more "warning" to indicate that it's a production instance).
