argocd-image-updater.readthedocs.io/en/stable site does not reflect content from current stable release

Describe the bug
The stable doc site https://argocd-image-updater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ seems to be stale, and does not contain recent changes in the current argocd-image-updater stable release. On the upper right corner, it shows v0.14.0 (the current stable release), but the doc content lags behind.

However, the latest doc site https://argocd-image-updater.readthedocs.io/en/latest is up to date.

Expected behavior
the stable doc site should be up to date with the current stable release.

Additional context
readthedocs settings: https://readthedocs.org/projects/argocd-image-updater/ , which only includes versions up to 0.10.
The badge shows "docs failing".
