Is there anyway to negatively select a tag?
For example in the nf-core modules CI, when we're running conda tests, I'd like to skip the test if it has a "conda_fail" tag.
It would run nf-test test ... --tag !conda_fail or something. --inverse-tag maybe?
nf-test test ... --tag !conda_fail
