Where the ground_truth_pix of test_public?

I am currently using spacenet7 to learn remote sensing image segmentation and building change detection，spacenet7 is indeed a very good competition, I can learn a lot of knowledge！
Unfortunately, when I run the baseline locally,I cannot find the csv file of ground_truth_pix of the public test data set(no sn7_public_
test_ground_truth_pix.csv)，there is only a csv file of ground_turth of the training data set(sn7_train_ground_truth_pix.csv) on Aws，cause me to be unable to calculate the scot score，so I want to find that file of the test data set，would you tell me the way，thank you very much！
