I have set the quality for 1080 when I enable use enhanced quality when it's the highest quality if there is 2k 4k 8k available on video, will it select 1080 enhanced bitrate version? |

I think it should not work like this, it should work as user's requested frame. lets assume there 1080p, 1080p enhanced, and 4K on a video, if user specified 1080p on extension it should select 1080p enhanced |

Isn't enhanced bitrate a more advanced version of the same quality? If a user has selected 1080p in the extension settings, then having 4K in the video options should not affect them, they should still choose the best quality of 1080. |

Not only was I seeking the configuration that the user will always get the highest quality off of a video considering the enhanced bitrate, I was also seeking the easiest UI |

I think you misunderstood what I said in my first reply.
Suppose the user enters a video with 4K and 1080p enhanced bitrate
If the user's preference is 4K and enhanced bitrate, because the 4K yields the higher quality than the 1080p enhanced bitrate, the 4K will be selected
However, if in a 4K video the user has selected 1080p and enabled 1080p enhanced bitrate, It will select the 1080p
