Latest update requires extra permission.

The latest update (1.5?) is requesting additional permissions that are requiring manual verification.

Why is this change necessary?

Since in update 1.4 I removed the "cookies" permission, if I was to re-add the permission back into "permissions", I suspect that for users who are coming from this update into 1.5, Chrome (as well as the other browsers) would automatically disable the extension
Therefore, I added it as an optional permission

Why am I asking for the "cookies" permission in the first place?
Because I'm considering two scenarios:

1. The user might be on YouTube, and he's resizing the player. This scenario does not require setting a cookie
2. The user might not be on YouTube. To make sure that the change is applied when he does visit a video on YouTube, I'm setting a cookie value wide=1 or wide=0 (depending on whether the player needs to be big or small, respectively)

Additionally, thank you very much for this extension. It's awesome and I use it ALL the time. Also, thank you for your continued support/updates as YouTube tries (likely unintentionally :) to mess it up with 'updates' :)

This is one of my favorite extensions ever, and my golden rule is: if I know I can make an application (whether it's a Chrome extension or something else), I will do it as best as I can while delivering the best user experience, the way I think it should be used

It didn't explicitly say cookie access but seemed close enough?

I mean, in order to set cookies for https://youtube.com, I must have host permission for https://youtube.com
