Add functionality for "sign-ups" on Events

Feature Request

Add the ability (through an add-on) for "sign-ups". The idea would be that an event would have "sign-up" functionality so that users could volunteer/sign-up for various tasks set through the event. Maybe this is a variation of Event Ticketing as a paid option might be helpful.

Cool idea.

Without doing any dev, this could be achieved pretty easily with a Gravity Form (or similar) tied to Zapier for piping the entries into a spreadsheet (or anywhere else).
