ServiceURL fail-over

When ServiceURL in ClientConfig is set to a VPC endpoint, and if the destination VPC endpoint cannot be reached, is the SDK able to fall-back to the default service endpoint?

The serviceURL and regionEndpoint are mutually exclusive, whichever is set last will cause the other to be set to null. This behavior is observable in the getters and setters, so the answer is no, currently there is no fall-back to the default service endpoint.
