CWAgent no longer exists?

Issue #33 seems to indicate that setting log_group_name and log_stream_name on the Config object only takes effect with the CWAgent. There doesn't seem to be a CWAgent anywhere in the codebase, however, and setting log_group|stream_name doesn't do anything. I can set the AWS_LAMBDA_FUNCTION_NAME and AWS_LAMBDA_LOG_STREAM_NAME environment variables, and I see that that's recorded in the log output, but the logs themselves don't actually go to that log group/stream.

If this is true, could the relevant section be removed from the README? It is a bit misleading for people evaluating this library.
