Query regarding multi repoplugin compatibility with mono repo

Hi Team,
I am using mono repo for my team documents to get published in Backstage.
I am using multirepo plugin in mkdocs.yml file for a specific team. This mkdocs file and their docs folder is present under a folder named project1. I am having a mkdocs file in root folder where I am using the mono repo plugin and in nav section I am referencing the project1 folder. I am getting the structure defined in medics file of projectA folder but the docs imported by multirepo plugin is not getting reflected in backstage.

I can make it work separately but with mono repo I am facing this issue. Any inputs are suggested are most appreciated.
