Restore temporarily disabled Azure porviders

The following Azure providers are not working:

• AzureTable as a database provider
• AzureBlobStorage as a storage provider
• AzureSearch as a search provider

They should be supported as documented in https://www.bagetter.com/docs.

• These providers were temporarily disabled in Update BaGet to Bagetter #6
• They are not being registered during the startup process:

I'm developing a cloud-native solution with BaGetter and Azure Container Apps. I believe that having Azure provider available will bring significant benefits to the project:

I re-enabled the Azure stuff - waiting for a PR.

@yaegashi With v1.2.0 BaGetter can use Azure Blob Storage, so now at least you can host entirely on azure by using blob storage, Azure SQL DB and DB search mode.

AzureTable reactivated with v1.3.0, no AzureSearch yet. That one is more complex so I'm not sure when I'll get to that yet.

@Regenhardt Don't stress yourself. I myself am out for 3-4 months due to personal stress.
