Part of mp3 is loaded.

Whenever I load this specific mp3, only part of it is loaded. I have not been able to replicate this issue with any other file, so I have no idea what the issue really is. Here's the ffprobe output if that could help fixing the issue.

I have exactly the same issue with different mp3 file, it can only load the first 6 minutes out of full 42 minute audio. Can you please share the issue for libsndfile if the problem is with them?
