Set offset height of segment dynamic

@chrisn Is it possible to keep segment offset height as dynamic?
Currently, we are giving fixed offset height to the segment. So when there is more line of text , it is not displayed in segment. If the height can get adjusted based on text and we can give max height then this issue can be resolved.
