"his descendants" are defined as biological or adoptive children of GNU RMS, the heirs of GNU RMS in any fashion, any organisms made using genetic material from GNU RMS, any intelligences (artificial or otherwise) made using a brain state of GNU RMS as a template, any entities claiming to be the descendant of GNU RMS, any persons having a title which includes "Stallman" in its designation and/or any person whose voluntary or involuntary role is to mimic GNU RMS.
