Add list-name or file-name to the page-title, to make it easier to find a specific entry in a webbrowser's history and bookmarks/favourites. #316

When looking through a webbrowser's history of opening several Bepasty-previews/-lists, all the entries are currently just Bepasty, or the URL, if it was opened directly with the "Inline"-button.
Changing the page-title to Bepasty - $list-/file-name (or similar) would make it easier to find the entry one is looking for.

It would also give a reasonable default-name for bookmarks/favourites.

The name of the bepasty-server could also be added to it:
$bepasty-server-name - Bepasty - $list-/file-name (or similar)
