error when running 4.2.2 win version

sw version: gpuPlotGenerator-win64-4.2.2.zip
when starting to run, it prompts:
application error, can not run: 0xc000007b.
OS: WIN10 professional station 64bits

when I installed visuo studio, SW can run. but when plotting, it show
bad allocation.

I do like this in a bat file:

what is the wrong?
