Keep leading spaces in descriptions

Currently, leading spaces are removed, when a section description is generated. This is problematic for code sections:

## @descriptionStart
## ```yaml
## foo:
##   bar: baz
## ```
## @descriptionEnd

## @param foo
foo: bar

Result

## Parameters

### MRE

```yaml
foo:
bar: baz
```
