Feature Request: Option to add short comments to the log

Hi,

I think it would be handy to have the option to add a short comment (1-5 words) to a log entry to make it clearer why something was out of the ordinary:

2019-06-21+02:00:
 Cycled to work •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• [y/n/-/comment] n thunderstorm
Had a headache •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• [y/n/-/comment] y too much Tschunk

This would be awesome if you could just add a # whatevs to the file after the y/n/s/- key in. I might take shot at trying to add this over Xmas but can't promise I'll have time to look at it. Though think it's a great addition.
