Describe the bug
When sending Matchmaker Exchange emails directly from Seqr they appear to be sent from the Broad email address matchmaker@broadinstitute.org rather than our GREGoR Stanford Site email address that was entered as the "Contact URL" gregorsite@stanford.edu. We contacted two matches (screenshot below), but we stopped once we realized the emails were not being sent from our GREGoR Stanford email address.
This is not a bug, as seqr is behaving exactly as it is designed to (and in the way that should have been communicated). What you are asking here is to change the current functionality of the application, which is a new feature request. If the expected behavior of seqr was not adequately explained to your group, I apologize.
Feature requests like this generally take a while for our team to get to, as we focus our limited engineering bandwidth on changes that are more broadly useful, and not specific to individual groups. If your team would like to submit a pull request to the seqr repository to implement this functionality, I would be happy to meet with your engineer to discuss how they might want to go about that.
As a workaround in the meantime, your team can always copy the email body from seqr and send an email with whatever customizations you want on your own

MME report for the case we generated emails through Seqr: https://seqr.broadinstitute.org/project/R0780_gss_anvil_seqr/family_page/F051718_gss1501/matchmaker_exchange
Scope of the bug
We have only sent MME emails for this case, but we image it would be the same issue across all Stanford projects.
