We are starting to build up a suite of policies in props that are very efficient to execute. This means they are now suitable to be used as CI integration tests. The test could pull dfpp-verification and websubmit and run the respective policies.

This would add end-to-end tests for the new Rust engine and also make sure we can always run our paper experiments.
