Make count of processing messages dependent of cpu cores

Right now QueueConsumer has always 5 processing threads. It make sense to have some central class that gives different components that has multiple threads infos how many threads they should start - smth like thread count manager. That manager will assign threads numbers based on availabvle CPU cores.
