a single parser might be used as XmlLineNumberParser is now respecting namespaces since Camel 2.22.1, see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-12114

it will avoid double-parsing and jungling between the documents parsed by one or the other

should be working in Camel 2.23.0 and 2.22.2, see new status for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-12114
