The following WebSocket connection should be added:

WS /plays?deploy_hash=dead...beef

which should proxy to the CSPR.cloud Streaming API.

Since CSPR.cloud Streaming API doesn’t allow filtering contract-level events by the deploy hash, it should be done in the Lottery API.

The purpose of the endpoint is to provide a real-time experience when playing the game.
