Either on wayland or x11, on kde when i install the global theme on KDE the whole system starts to get freezes and stutters. When uninstalling the theme, those go away.

2080ti (Lattest dkms nvidia drivers)
i9 9980xe
32gb ram ddr4
Ublue Aurora (fedora KDE) - wayland
