When the mzXML file has more than one '.' symbol, this program will fail (the path to write/find the serialized data is wrong). Maybe it is because more than one removeExtension() is used, or removeExtension() after getBaseName()? To make this program run, please change the filename to one that contains only one extension. Thanks.
