display title on area

Currently, the title is visible only when the section is hovered, could there be added a prop that would let the title be displayed in the data section all the time.

Title is in the dom all the time but it's displayed when the sector is hover. Browsers handle that. If you want a tooltip always visible, we have to use an external tooltip lib but for now it's not possible sorry. PR are welcome :)

I think this is a cool idea, you could add the title as an SVG text element centered inside each sector if there is room for it.

How about giving an option to show the title on the the sector or beside each sector
