List Applications Page vs List application In the create test case

Hello,
we have 2 abnormal behaviors :

First behavior : List Applications Page vs List application In the create test case
There is two system PETCLINIC : one in the system training and one in a sandbox US- as you can see here

Now :

Application page : https://cerbe.qua.laredoute.internal/ApplicationList.jsp

The application petclinic related to the sandbox US is not in the list

Test case create page : we can see the two applications :

Second behavior : Create a test case with the application PETCLINIC (sandbox system)

the test case is created :

But we don’t see the test case in the list of the test case :

• For admin role, we have it :

• For not admin role, we have it :
  

Note : The toolbox (sandbox) used are created automatically because this parameter cerberus_accountcreation_ownsystemcreation (Y in order to automatically create a personal system for the user. That system will be named US-login) was set up YES; during the tests, the parameter was set up à N.

Note : In the application table, the system value happen to have a '%40' instead of '@'.
While the value in the invariant table has a '@'.
Even after modification in the invariant table from '%40' to '@', the result is still the same
Same if we set both to %40
