TODO: dresser la liste des valeurs de typologie et déterminer si on peut normaliser et réduire cette liste. Inscrire alors la valeur correspondante dans typologie/@ft (pour feature type).
Exemple
<typologie>étang de 22 hectares</typologie> deviendrait
<typologie ft="etang">étang de 22 hectares</typologie>
