Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Since the build has been moved to a Chocolatey-hosted TeamCity instance, there is no feedback from the build on PRs in GitHub.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

When submitting PRs, it is very helpful to see when tests or builds fail within the PR, so that:

  • Contributors can be happy that their PR works
  • Chocolatey employees aren't needed to unblock build or test issues
  • There's lower chance of merging code that breaks the build, or fails tests
